Q: Is this facility available for every item?

Ans: Only a limited number of items are eligible for this offer. Other items are available for shipping or delivery only.

Q: Do I have to notify before my arrival to the store?

Ans: Yes, kindly drop us a line to let us know that you are coming to pick your item.

Q: How long will it take to pick my item after I receive the confirmation email?

Ans: Once you receive the confirmation email (usually delivered within 2 hours after order placement if done during store hours), go to the store and pick your item. You can pick your item the same day or the next day, depending on the order timings and store timings.

Q: What if my selected item isn’t available at the store?

Ans: If your item isn’t in stock at the store, you will receive two emails from us. First email will contain the expected future availability date and the latter will contain its confirmation (when the item will arrive).

Q: Can I send someone else to pick up my order?

Ans: Yes, why can’t you?! If you want someone else to pick up your order, check the "someone else will pick up my order" box on the product’s page. There you’ll have to insert the name and email address of the nominated person. That person will receive a confirmation email from us (the same way we send an email to the original order holder) which is necessary to bring to the store in order to pick up the order on your behalf.

Q: Could I cancel or return my purchase?

Ans: Yes. In order to cancel your order placement, call our customer service number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX or contact the store. For returning your picked products, refer our Self-service warranty claim centre.

Q: What are the store timings?

Ans: Our store opens at 9am and closes at 9pm.
